These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fox, a WhatsApp-based showings assistant for real estate agents (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Monty Ventures Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom at 84 Nelson Road, TW2 7AY, United Kingdom. Fox is a brand of Monty Ventures Limited.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing and any free trial described at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged through our payment provider and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

When you ask Fox to contact a Counterparty or Lead, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to share their contact details and to message them about the relevant viewing. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents, honouring opt-out requests, and complying with applicable law (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and LGPD) and the policies of the messaging platforms used. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these obligations.
The Service integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, calendar providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Fox uses automated and AI-assisted logic to read listings, draft messages, and coordinate viewings. While we work to make Fox reliable, automated output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing confirmations and for the final decisions about your viewings and communications. Fox supports your work; it does not replace your professional judgement.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular booking, show-up, or business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
