What is Fox?

Fox is a WhatsApp-based showings assistant for real estate agents. It coordinates property viewings between agents, property owners, and leads — handling scheduling, reminders, and no-show prevention entirely over WhatsApp.

How does Fox coordinate viewings?

When a lead asks about a viewing, Fox runs parallel WhatsApp conversations — one with the lead and one with the property owner — to find a mutually available time. Once confirmed, Fox writes the booking to your calendar with address, unit number, and door code.

Does Fox replace my WhatsApp number?

No. Fox sends messages from its own dedicated WhatsApp Business number and acts as your named assistant. Your personal WhatsApp stays untouched.

How does Fox reduce no-shows?

Fox sends dynamic reminders to both the lead and the property owner before each viewing. When a lead goes quiet or shows disengagement patterns, Fox flags the risk early so you can skip the drive rather than find out at the door.

What calendars does Fox support?

Fox syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. Bookings are written directly to whichever calendar you use.
